Founded by DJ Beverly Bond, BLACK GIRLS ROCK! Inc seeks to build the self-esteem and self-worth of young women of color by changing their outlook on life, broadening their horizons and helping them empower themselves. BLACK GIRLS ROCK! Inc. is an organization that takes an active role in being a part of the solution to the crisis facing young women of color.
