Grammy Awards 2015 Best Dressed
Artists gathered in LA for this year’s 57th Grammy Awards. This year’s popular red carpet trends where black, sheer, and sequins. Here are my picks for best dressed!
Gwen Stefani
Black was a popular choice for a lot of ladies on the red carpet and Gwen Stefani followed suit in an Atelier Versace jumpsuit. I love that she went unconventional and wore a jumpsuit versus a dress. And can talk about the bodice?! HOT! She completed her look with flawless hair and makeup. She never gets it wrong.
Taylor Swift
Taylor Swift looked radiant in this Elie Saab gown. The color is gorgeous! I love that she choose to not be trendy or safe in black or sequin. The dress is perfect for her frame. It showcases her best assets: her legs. I also appreciate her mixing colors by pairing the dress with fushia heels.
Chrissy Teigen & John Legend
I’m pretty sure I have these two on my list each year. While they both look great individually, they look even better together! Chrissy wore Gucci while John Legend opted for a Dolce & Gabbana grey suit. His color choice was quite refreshing considering a lot of men chose to wear navy this year on the red carpet. #relationshipgoals
Katy Perry
Katy Perry sparkled in a Zuhair Murad dress. She took a cue from Kelly Osborne and showcased new purple hair. She sealed the look with flawless makeup!
Rita Ora
Rita Ora shined bright in a custom Prada gown on the red carpet. I love this look and I think what really won be over is her hair cut. It’s edgy and really brings the entire look together. It’s also refreshing that she isn’t wearing her signature red lip; instead opting for a smokey eye and nude lip!
Jesse J
Songtress Jesse J looked stunning in a Ralph and Russo short sleeve embellished gown. It fit her like a glove. While black looks great on her, I’d love to see her experiment with color. It seems like she always wears black for red carpet appearances.
Ciara
Ciara is showing us how it’s done! Like Taylor Swift, she showed off her best assets in a dramatic Alexandre Vauthier gown and Christian Louboutin pumps. Slick back hair and minimal makeup completed her look.
Ne-Yo
When does Ne-Yo not look good in a suit?!?! Styled by Apuje, Ne-Yo wore a Marc Jacobs Fall/Winter 2014 suit and his signature accessory, a fedora.
