Wear to Work Wednesday: Navy Jeweled Sweater & Ankle Pants
Today’s Wear to Work looks take a break from heels! As much as we love heels, our feet need a break.
Over the past few weeks, I’ve noticed a lot of retailers selling jeweled sweaters. Low key, I’m sorta obsessed and have been looking for the perfect one to purchase. This style of sweater is great because you don’t have to worry about wearing a necklace. Depending on how much of the sweater is jeweled, you can keep jewelry to a minimum.
I promise I didn’t do this on purpose; both looks demonstrate how to wear neutrals together. The first option pairs a navy J. Crew jeweled sweater with taupe ankle pants, a fun pair of flats and a light grey jacket. You can break up the neutrals by adding a handbag in a color other than black, brown, tan, grey or navy. In this case, go with burgundy, which is always in during the fall season.

The second look pairs the navy jeweled sweater with gray pants. Gray and navy are dark so you can break up the darker hues with a bold color shoe. Red looks great combined with both navy and gray. Keep the look lady like with a pearl bracelet and earrings. Complete this look with a wide collar coat, another popular outerwear trend this season.
