It may be summertime, but it’s not too late to get it right and tight!! Personally when it comes to working out, I like to switch things up. I’m not that type that can go to the gym a couple times a week. I get bored! This is an excellent package is an excellent way to differeniate a workout. It is great at focus of multiple areas of training in flexibility,agility, strength and endurance. I always wanted to try a kettleball and rope component. Its a great way to enhance my workout and gain new ideas towards body transformation!
I’m a teacher and just don’t get the chance to workout like I should during the school year… I’m just too stressed, tired, or have to grade work. Plus, all year long, students at the school pass out doughnuts and cookies for birthdays and student of the week… How can I turn them down?! Lol
I need a workout routine that is straight and to the point. It also needs to be as creative as I am in the classroom to keep my interest!
